Cancellation Policy

--Consultations are 50 minutes. --You are welcome to purchase additional sessions; all follow the same scheduling process. --You can reschedule with at least 72 hours’ notice, pending availability via email to info@nurturingplayfulminds.org. --Sessions canceled within 48 hours are nonrefundable, as we reserved the day and time specifically for you. --Packages canceled within 48 hours of purchase are 100% refundable. If packages are cancelled after 48 hours of purchase, single sessions will have a $75 fee, and three-session packages will have $150 fee. --Consultation packages are valid for 12 months from purchase --You may upgrade a single session to a three-session package after your first consultation by applying what you have already paid --If you cancel a three-session package after the first session, you are eligible for a 50% refund.
